"A few built it. The rest survive in it."

Welcome to the leadership ranks of Ashen Few — the team behind the grind, the vision, and the chaos.

The Owners

R3AP3R

Born and raised in a small, no-stoplight town in southwest New York, R3AP3R learned early what grit meant—long winters, dirt roads, and doing things the hard way. In '85, he made the move to Florida, trading snowbanks for sand and joining the police academy fresh out of high school. Five years as a deputy taught him discipline, danger, and that not all battles are fought with fists or guns.

He married young, built a family, and became the proud father of five strong daughters. Life led him into the fire of the restaurant industry where he rose through the ranks, running some of the top national chains. But the grind didn’t stop there—he found his second wind in the car business, where he’s been a Finance Manager for the past decade, navigating deals like a battlefield veteran.

Gaming was always a part of life—mostly consoles, from Xbox to PlayStation—until a chat with his buddy Missionemu changed everything. “Why not build a PC?” That question lit the fuse. After years of shooters like COD and Battlefield, one game clawed its way into his bones: DayZ.

He still laughs remembering his first run-in with the undead—an old farm lady chasing him half across Chernarus while he had no clue how to swing a punch. Wolves? Yeah, they taught him what real fear was. That was the first death of many… but also the beginning of something much bigger.

Now, as the mind behind the Ashen Few, R3AP3R doesn’t just survive the grind—he built it. A server forged in hardship, run on heart, and made for the kind of players who don’t flinch when the night gets long and the wolves start howling.

Missionemu

After high school, Missionemu sharpened his craft at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program, later going on to manage some of the biggest names in the restaurant world. But behind the apron and kitchen fire, another passion simmered—crafting his own brews of hops and mead, always experimenting, always refining.

Years later, fate threw him into the grindhouse of the car business where he crossed paths with R3AP3R. The two clicked instantly—both gamers, both grinders—and soon found themselves neck-deep in the unforgiving world of DayZ.

Today, Missionemu stands as the world-builder of the Ashen Few. Every custom trader outpost, AI camp, and fortified ruin—he laid the foundations. He’s the mastermind behind the market system, the AI behavior, and the immersive structure that holds the servers together. If you’ve walked through an Ashen Few zone and thought, “Damn, this is badass”… you were probably walking through Missionemu’s creation.

The Admin Team

Finnycent

Finnycent

Finnycent

Finnycent walks the line between code and carnage. A software engineer by trade, he’s the one folks call when their systems crash, their gear’s busted, or their servers implode—usually after R3AP3R presses the wrong damn button.

In-game, he’s surgical. Always rollin’ with that signature gator, he drops AI from 400+ yards out like he’s swatting flies with a .22—calm, clean, and always on target. Ain’t no panic in his game—just precision and grit.

But he ain’t all ones and zeroes. On the weekends, you’ll find Finny kickin’ back with the crew, glass of fine spirits in hand, sharing war stories and laughing off the madness. The calm in the chaos. The code in the storm. If you're bleeding out or the server’s going nuclear, Finny’s already three steps ahead.

Quiet. Deadly. Reliable as hell. That’s Finnycent.

Glass

Finnycent

Finnycent

Glass keeps the Ashen Few Discord tighter than a drum—clean, calm, and organized like a damn digital dojo. He’s our resident moderator, message therapist by trade (yeah, he’s good with his hands—just don’t get any ideas). Whether it's calming nerves or cracking skulls with a well-timed mute, Glass keeps the peace like a backwoods monk with admin privileges.

Born and bred in the hills of Tennessee, Glass traded moonshine and four-wheelers for flannel and frostbite—now calling Canada home, where he taps maple trees and pretends poutine is a real meal. Word is, he crossed the border on foot, fought off a moose with a stick, and got citizenship just for being polite.

In or out of game, Glass is always ready to lend a hand, answer a question, or remind you to read the damn rules. He may be up north now, but make no mistake—there’s still a whole lotta southern grit under that toque.

Cairnzy

Finnycent

Cairnzy

Hailing from across the pond in the UK, this 6'7" bald-headed giant is a proud new girl dad, a business owner, and a certified menace behind the map editor. When he's not crafting brutal, immersive DayZ worlds, you'll find him gaming on PC, hunting down bikes that don’t look like kid’s toys under him, or enjoying the finer things in life—like a proper cup of tea and a plate of crumpets. A true Brit through and through, with a serious knack for building chaos and beauty into every virtual inch.
